We provide a free service to families by connecting them with experts about communities in their areas, and we are able to provide these free services as a result of fees we receive from communities on move in. We cannot provide this free referral service if we cannot share personal information with the communities.

Processing Your Request

Once we receive your opt-out request, we will:

  1. Verify your identity (we may ask for additional information to confirm)
  2. Process your request within 15 business days
  3. Confirm your opt-out status via email
  4. Honor your request for at least 12 months before asking you to opt in again

Important Notes

  • Opting out does not affect information sharing that is necessary to provide our services, such as sharing with Participating Providers to facilitate connections
  • Opting out may limit your ability to receive personalized advertising, but will not affect your ability to use our Platform
  • You may opt back in at any time by contacting us
  • We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA:
